What is Refined Barber Lounge and Cafe?

Refined Barber Lounge and Cafe is a barbershop at 8424 N. Nebraska Ave in North Tampa, FL 33604. Gio (Giovanni De La Rosa) cuts and books his own chair on The Cut; walk-ins are welcome and a cafe is coming soon.

Cuts, fades, shape-ups and scissor cuts, beards, eyebrows, kids’ cuts, shampoo and scalp treatments, and an add-on facial.
